If for any reason you or your child are not completely satisfied with
toys purchased from this website, return them within 90 days for a full
refund of the purchase price, WHETHER YOU'VE PLAYED WITH THEM OR NOT*.
Full refund: We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the
item when the item is returned to us (post marked) within 90 days.
Sorry, shipping is not refundable. The item has to be in it's original
packaging.
We will replace or repair any item returned to us for any reason.
Remember, all of the toys we sell come with manufacturer warrantees as
well, which can be provided by the manufacturer. Feel free to contact
us for help with manufacturer warrantees. We are here to help.
If you will be returning an item, you must obtain an RMA (return
merchandise authorization) number first. Any item returned without an
RMA number will not be refunded.

and we will give you an RMA number. Be sure to write it down, and
include it with your return.
Exchanges: Exchanges will be treated as new orders. Please place your
new order online. Your credit card will be credited upon receipt of your
item.
Credit Card refunds: We can only credit the credit card used to purchase
the item, for any returns or any differences in purchase price from an
exchange. If you have received a gift you may return it for store
credit.
